    How can I place my order?
    Placing your orders directly online will offer you the fastest and most efficient checkout. We do however appreciate that some of our customers like to deal by phone or email. You may call us at 1-800-282-6470 Monday to Friday 7AM – 4PM PST or email your inquires to info@stardiamondtools.com

    I can't find the product I am looking for?
    While we try to show many of the products we carry online we do have access to many different products on “as need” bases.  Please contact one of our sales reps directly at 1-800-282-6470 or by email at info@stardiamondtools.com and we would be happy to assist. 

    What are my payment options?
    Star Diamond accepts all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Local customers may pay with cash or debit for in store pickups.  We also offer credit terms to approved customers.  Please feel free to download our credit app here.

    I ordered the wrong products/need to return my product?
    Customer satisfaction is something we pride ourselves on.  Star Diamond will gladly refund or exchange your products within 30 days of purchase.  Products must be in original packaging and saleable condition with a valid receipt/order confirmation. 

        • All products must have a Returned Goods Authorization number. Please contact us directly about any returns/refunds.
        • All shipping charges on returns will be paid for by the customer.
        • All custom orders will be final sale.
        • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all factory drop shipments. (ie. Edco equipment, Vacuums) 

    Does Star Diamond Tools price match?
    We will certainly try out best to match all competitors pricing while still offering exceptional service you can trust.  Please contact us directly via phone or email with your inquiry.

    Shipping

    How much will shipping cost?
    Star Diamond prepays standard ground shipping on all diamond tool orders over $950 with the exception of shipments to NWT, Yukon, Nunavit, Hawaii, or Alaska.  Please call for a quote.  Expedited shipping rates are offered upon customer request.  Shipping charges on equipment will be charged at time of order.

    Are there brokerage fees on products?
    All brokerage fees are included in pricing listed on our site (excluding equipment). Equipment will have the following brokerage charges added at time of invoicing.

     

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    All products ordered within Canada will ship from our Canadian warehouse located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Standard shipping times apply (see below).

     

    Standard shipping times apply in the US.

    What if my package is damaged or missing items?
    If your items have arrived damaged or you appear to be missing products that are on your sales order please contacts us as soon as possible.

    If your products/shipments arrive damaged please follow instructions below:

    • All claims must be placed with the shipping company within 2 business days or receiving the item. Please ensure that you always inspect all packages upon arrival
    • If you have ordered a piece of equipment or package that arrives via freight ensure that you note any damages (holes, water damage, dents) immediately on the Bill of Lading. Any packages signed for that does not note irregularities won’t be valid for a freight claim. 
    • Upon opening your freight shipments please inspect your equipment thoroughly. All hidden damage claims must be brought to the attention of the freight line within 7 business days.
    • If your package arrives severely damage please refuse shipment and contact us immediately.
